It works hard so I don't have to!
I am on my third Neato vacuum ( five years) and I love them. I have a large house and use two at a time. They are easy to clean, easy to program and the company is knowledgeable and friendly when I have a question. I wish they had a button on the charger base to make the vacuum beep when it is lost and stuck in the house. The hardest part is looking everywhere to locate it when it gets hung up and has stopped beeping. To get one serviced when it is beyond the warrantee is expensive and slow, so I'm not at all impressed with EXTRON the repair company, but I do love the vacuum.
