Great value for money
1 of 1 found this helpful The FT-8900 really is the gold standard for a compact, mobile quad-band ham radio transceiver. The menus are easy to navigate and having knobs to independently control volume and squelch side by side makes using this radio in a mobile application very easy. Also, having the programmable "hotkeys" to quickly set the radio up for functions you determine make it even easier to use.

A versitale TV with lots to offer, but don't buy it expecting to watch Hulu
I've been very happy with this TV. It does a lot of things and I specifically chose it for the features it has. The ability to view Netflix and other media right on the TV without any additional equipment is fantastic and space saving. My only complaint is that I have not found a way to update the apps to get more things such as Hulu and others that are in the new SmartTV feature found on LG and other manufacturers' products. The ability to play DiVX, .avi, .mkv, .m4p and other formats is also great and very useful as well. LG has great picture quality, good built-in sound and is light when you lift it on and off the wall, haha. Another plus is it has side inputs so you don't have to fish around in the back of the TV too much when it's wall mounted (like mine).

Great lightweight VHF marine radio for the money
Really a great all-around handheld marine radio. I have used this radio while working as a sailing instructor and our sailing center owned many of these radios. They would get beaten and bashed around all day every day and lasted more seasons than I did haha. The battery life is excellent considering we were using them 8 hours a day on the water and they never had to be recharged midday. Often, they would last half the next day if someone forgot to put it on the charger. Very tough and rugged construction.
