Great product, you should buy a set.

Very loud, very good quality for this price range. In comparison to my alpine type s components in another car with the same amp, the alpine tweeters seem a little brighter and more harsh at mid/high volume. The diamond audio tweeters sound great, linear volume increase until at your max, and they're very loud/clear, but not harsh. Inside of the crossover box that pops off is a pinout to switch the tweeters to -2db in case location is too close to your ears. I don't think diamond audio has enough reviews. This is some quality stuff here. It's no wonder all the Harley guys are using diamond audio! It's loud, but still sounds good when gains, and everything else are set right. For other speakers in it's price range, I think this is the best. I've had the DES 6.5's also and those do have a bit more thump, but if you're on a budget these are great! I installed them in a 2017 fiesta sedan with some mdf trim rings, sound deadening material in the door, new foams around the speakers, and an amplifier. You can hear this car coming down the road with just the component system for a block, and it sounds clean.
