Stainless steel tire levers are well made and a good value
Stainless steel levers are much stronger than the plastic levers, and make the job of taking off strong tires with kevlar much easier.

27mm circle cutter
This tool is nice. It would be of good use for cutting holes in plaster or wood for running 3/4" copper tubing or 3/4" steel pipe. I don't think the cutter would hold up on cutting through something like 1/4" steel plate.
