After having to order three items, I got what I needed.
The antenna body did not have the plastic that covered the hole in the truck and it did not have the nut that hold the whole thing onto the truck. I had gone through a car wash and it jerked the whole antenna off of the truck. I needed everything including the antenna, hole cover, nut and the antenna. After ordering three different items, I finally got it installed on the truck and now the radio works as it is suppose to!
