Details missed
The idea is good and could be a great product. After paying this much for a tie down system I was dissapointed to find a cheap lock washer and cheap nut to hold the whole thing down to the trailer floor. One of the lock washers was not even useable. How much would it cost to include locking nuts? The other thing is the special quick release knobs to screw the thing down to the floor brackets, they should include a couple of extras in the package. If you lose one, and you will, you are down to using tools and spare bolts to attach it. There are too many things to go wrong here that the manufacturer could have helped with at very little cost, maybe a couple dollars, and they completely overlooked it. I have an enclosed trailer that I am setting up for 4 bikes, I am glad I didn't buy 4 of these!

Not wide enough.
