A bit abused
While the TiVo remote I got had new batteries, sometime in its past batteries had been allowed to leak in the battery compartment, so the remote acted flaky due to bad power connections. Had to clean it up in order to use it.

It works.
It works, used it to expand the memory in a NAS box I recently purchased.

Better than expected!
For the price, I thought it might be crap, but was looking for this type of attachment, so gave it a whirl.
Pleasantly surprised that it fits my shaver perfectly, and actually works.
Takes a bit of getting used to, how to maneuver it around to get the hairs, and may not always trim as close as I'd want (limited by the thickness of the metal barrel containing the cutter), but mostly pretty good
