A little screwy
Received the Ibanez B305 bass bridge today and was surprised at the weight of it. It appears solid and well built. Installed it on my Ibanez GSR205SMngt with only minor issues. The two upper plate screw holes line up fine, but I had to redrill the lower 5. Speaking of screws, not a single screw that came with my bridge belong with the bridge, nor did they match each other. So, I reused the original bridge screws. Setup of the Bridge was fast and easy as it was fairly close to where I like my setup standards. The bridge looks good on the Spalted Maple Grey burst finish.

Noticeable Tone Change
Bought the Brass Nut for my Ibanez GSR205SM Bass, to replace the factory plastic one. This solid brass nut along with the heavier B305 bridge have really made the guitar a tone monster. The Nut fit perfectly with no further adjustment needed for string height at the first fret. String tone is clear and crisp, with a slight but noticeable increase in volumn over the poem plastic nut. Very good product overall.
