  Overall, the item arrived in great condition and fast. Nothing was missing. Only gave a less than stellar review because I messaged the seller and got no reply. Advertised as never been played with, but clearly the hair was restyled. Everything else was great, would do business with again. Seller should check messages, restyles can turn off potential customers.
