Damaged product

The iPod nano I received was very poorly wrapped without a care. The screen was very dim. I could barely see the selection and the touch scroll, whatever you call it, did not work at all. So it was damaged, and I couldn't even use it. The last thing is that the battery life was going down more quickly than I expected.
