Gate house
Sequel to the gold coast novel by Nelson demille novel and I enjoyed it better than the first. Great read. I couldn't put it down. Very good book and like new condition. Awesome read

Chef pants
Bought for my spouse and he loves them. Plenty of pocket room and very comfortable and lightweight. Living in Florida they are lighter in weight than others we have bought and more comfortable to work in. They are very easy to clean and come out of the laundry wrinkle free. The drawstring waist allows for easier mobility. Highly recommend this product.

Firm volume 1 with Susan Harris
1 of 1 found this helpful Best workout ever. Susan Harris extremely motivating instructor and she explains exactly what muscle each exercise is working on. Lost 67 pounds in 11 months with no dieting doing this five days a week. Absolutely the best and I look forward to my workouts now. Although the DVD clearly shows was released in 1986 and athletic wear outdated don't let that fool you. Very effective and awesome workout.
