Good CPU for AM3 upgrade
Great upgrade for my AM3 system that will be repurposed for full time rendering. Performs well with AIO water cooler. There were some conflicting info in the description, one place mentions fan and heatsink included and later it say OEM tray. There is no fan/heatsink but you can get a nice aftermarket solution like Hyper 212 or something and it will perform well.

Cheap and bad fan, average heatsink
It was really hard to install, the fan had leftover plastic from the mold and looked pretty cheap. Fan died in less than a month and the last 7 days it was loud! Really loud!
Temperatures of Northbridge went from high 50s to low 30s, too bad it died so fast. Now I'm using the aluminum heatsink alone, it reduces NB temps about 3-4 C compared to stock heatsink on my Biostar TA890GXE.
