Nice part but needs work
I bought one of these for my 2002 Jetta. It fits perfectly but would not lock securely in the dash opening. I had to stretch the metal locking tabs on the sides a little to get it to lock in place. Also, it is not as dark as the OEM part (black).

Good Aftermarket Option for your RX300
Less expensive than the oem version. Recommended!
