True neons
The item was sent to me very quickly. All of these colors are true neons. Use a white base to really make them pop

Cute but unwearable
Adorable, but unwearable. The sizing is not good. The underarm area was so tight I could not wear it. Plus it was very very short. It's very cute, it's just not something that you can wear

My absolute favorite scattered holographic top coat
