I sent the seller a message and they declined to admit they have a pest issue, also the food is supposed to float - it floats for a few seconds then sinks, also the food is oily to the touch and leave a oils stain on the pond water and your hands are oily and smelly afterwards, I have notified the seller in the past - that the food does not float, with no reply.Reply from: koikibble- Feedback replied to by seller koikibble.- Feedback replied to by seller koikibble.Buyer contacted me with a threat to leave negative feedback. We do not have a pest issue. There were no cockroaches present in the box or bag of feed at the time it was shipped. I asked for a photo when buyer threatened to leave negative feedback. They refused, but again threatened to post bad photos and negative feedback for the world to see. Buyer never requested a return or a refund, they only threatened to to leave negative feedback. I reported the issue to eBay at first contact.
