Not an open box
Maybe some sellers need to be informed as to just what open box means. This is a used vacuum. I had to clean and cut all the nasty hair out of the brushes. It's not so bad when it is your hair,but when it's someone else's hair that you don't know, it's pretty gross. As for the vacuum itself, it works like a dream, but the app is garbage. Put the Tuya app on your phone and it will pair up perfectly. You will also be able to use Alexa. I was very disappointed to see that it had been used.

First time to use a SSD and wow. What a difference with everything you do. FAST is an understatement.

Wonderful
We bought 2 of these and they work great. They give us the privacy we wanted and shade from the afternoon sun. They work perfect and a great price.
