No Wonder It Was For Sale
2 of 2 found this helpful I can understand why the seller bought and then resold this book. It's pretty much useless. If you're interested in finding out all the nutrients in a specific fruit or veggie, this is the book for you. If you really want to know about foods that harm or foods that heal for specific conditions, look for another book. I gave to the Salvation Army.
