Battery performance less than amazing.
0 of 1 found this helpful I charge it on breaks - and at long intervals between calls - but still by the end of an 8 hour work day, and sometimes sooner I find myself hearing the low battery tone gently reminding me that it's dying.
Assuming since it was bought used, this is as a result of the battery needing replaced.
Call quality seems to leave something to be desired. Headset has a tendency to get a tin like sound feedback and sound like the caller is talking into an empty pop can.
Sometimes turning it off and on again resets this. (Button on the headset)
Using it with the Avaya phone system, as a Comcast employee in the Pacific Northwest.
