  I sold and shipped the item purchased using eBay shipping label. The buyer had an incomplete address and the package was undeliverable.. the package was returned to me. I offered many if times to resend the package but he would need to pay for shipping since it was his error and his shipping address was incomplete and undeliverable. He insisted a refund even though my ad states no refunds.I offered again to resend his package but he refused to pay for shipping even though it was his error.
