A piece was missing. I sent numerous communications before making the purchase. The seller was nonresponsive and very unprofessional. The chime was listed as new in box. Yet a part was missing and she made up the reason that everything was in the picture. The box was seriously damaged as well and I even said it was going to be a gift. She said “start a return” after I waited 5 days for it to even ship.

folks, the buyer asked if a certain part was included in the box, i opened the box to make sure and sent the buyer a picture of the exact contents including the particular part, the buyer messaged me when they received the item and tried to say that particular part was missing! then asked for a refund, i informed the buyer that ebay has a 30 day buyers return policy and they was welcome to take advantage of that even though i knew they was trying to steal the particular part!!! BUYER'S A JOKE!!
