waste of money
It is a CD full of 40-50 year old DIY boat plans from popular mechanics or a similar do it yourself magazine. It also has plans for building similar vintage electric trolling motors- ancient and archaic. The one up to date article shows you how to build a modern 2 stroke trolling motor using a weed whacker engine. The cost involved makes it foolish to even start the project- you can find a good used trolling motor on E-BAY or craigslist for the same amount of money and have something solid to use for years to come. Don't bother buying it.
