The Tab Guide to Vacuum Tube Audio
This is a good book to sharpen your skills with many commercial amplifier models available and audio amplifiers.
I would recommend this to a more skilled technician and some advanced Beginners. Nice read, and the diagrams are large enough to read 90% of the component values clearly.
I recommend this book!

I'm glad someone took the time to write this information down so clearly.
I have to give this author credit for writing a easy to read book with enough facts to capture the attention of anyone with an interest in Tube Amplifiers Repair, Design or Modifications. This is a book that I would recommend or present to a good friend to help spark and interest in this very broad subject, which only a few years ago it was hard to find any good information on this subject, other than the college level books written from the 1930 - 1965. The basic approach of the principles needed for understanding the theory and then turns towards a level of presentation for the average guitar player who is looking for a specific sound or performance from their own amplifier and any minor and major repairs, as well as great suggestions for modifications. Good Book and well worth my money spent.
