Didn't work
Tried to use it with older keyboard on PC running windows 10, and it did not work.

Minor dust and oil problem,
Dirt and oil and dust can be transferred from the trackball to the ball sensors. This may make the trackball movement a little sluggish. Overall a good mouse,
