They leak

Leaks water into the headlight and drips down to kill the HID ballast. Both sides leaked. I disassembled and resealed the lens, replaced the ballast. The problem is the clips on plastic housing are worn out or something an will no longer clip. They just started leaking again and ruined another $100 ballast.
