Didn't fit

The top bracket didn't fit. It needed to be half the size to fit the top bracket correctly. I put them on and shut the window and both sides popped off. I tried to retrofit them with the old ones that I took off, and the threads were different sizes and that wouldn't work either. Now I have 2 struts with nothing to use them on.
