When I contacted the seller to ask for a partial refund to replace the damaged piece (mesh cover), they refused to give any amount refund, even though the product was no longer in the “excellent condition” they advertised. It was disappointing, and I would not do business with them again.

One sensor never worked. Will need to get new one via warranty.
1 of 1 found this helpful One of the sensors has never worked properly since day 1. Ring technical assistance already tried to help by resetting the product, but no luck. I am stuck with trying to get a new via warranty. This is an issue I have already experienced with the same contact sensors in the past.
