Great Trail Camera at a Budget Price.
0 of 1 found this helpful Just received the new trail cam T86 from Campark. Packaging is good and the instruction manual is also pretty thorough. The camera seems well made and seems to have good waterproofing. The camera comes with a couple of mounting options...a strap and a swivel bracket. The camera case also has the capacity to use a lockable cable tie. One of the reasons I chose this camera is because it had a Bluetooth function that meant I could wake up its WiFi from my phone and the check the videos and pics it had taken. Unfortunately since the last IOS14 firmware update the Bluetooth function no longer works with the trail cam and there seems nothing that Campark are able to do except wait and pray that the next IOS update will fix this issue. It is still possible to use the App to access the Camera, but it requires you to physically access the camera, open it up and manually activate the WiFi function to connect to your phone. This can be a massive pain if the camera is location higher up on a tree. I was hoping that Campark may have been able release their own firmware update that might somehow fix the problem Apple has created. I’m running my camera using 8 x AA rechargeable NiMH batteries and it seems to work just fine. I would definitely recommend this camera to other hunters (hopefully Apple will release a fix for the Bluetooth problems real soon).
