bad "goose neck
1 of 2 found this helpful The"goose neck" part that holds the shower head is cheap plastic. With merely my hand it cracked, and as soon as I turned on shower to check for leaks at head or hose it was spraying out the top of the cracked. The only chrome part is hose and outside of shower head. Some of the settings don't spray hard.
I.E. You could get the same product with this lack of quality for a few dollars less at the cheap super store that charges less for this same lack of quality.

worst tv antenna I ever had to use. Thought it might be good for trandition between cable providors on move, but only got 3 stations.
