Nikon maintains it's superior image!
6 of 6 found this helpful I have ALWAYS had at least one Nikon, beginning in the 1970's and, with this purchase, have a second D90 as my spare. I also have an F2S (a photojournalist's film workhorse) and an FE (another film workhorse. Why? Because the cameras are rugged, accurate and last forever with some of the best lenses and accessories ever made. Take a look at any magazine and there will be a large number of Nikon images, if not a majority, of non-studio images. From Saigon to Beirut, the Arctic to Antartica, Nikon's "been there, done that" and there's a reason for it Nikon, in my maybe not so humble opinion, is still the best system for novices, serious hobbyists and pros...
