This seller sent me the wrong item, everyone makes mistakes, but it was a hassle because the seller didn’t know how to do the return, didn’t know if I’d have to pay for a label. It was the same brand, a different product, the seller could’ve offered for me to keep it, and buy the one I originally purchased at a discounted price. Instead of the seller agreeing to pay for shipping, me having to buy tape, mail it back out, get a refund, etc. It was work for me, a hassle, and all for nothing.
