ONLY PROS. I used the feeder to feed 7 street cats during weekends. We can create up to 5 meals per day adjust the size of each meal so all 7 cats will have food during the day. The feeder is placed on a pet house we build with wood so it does not get wet. We have racoons stealing all food in 1 night inthe first trial. For the second trial we created a larger wood base and covered the feeder in wood. We remove the wood cover with pins, which is easy. We always set or program the feeder leave Friday afternoon using power from batteries. Cats are fed Saturday and Sunday. Monday morning, we removed the wood cover, and then turn switch off to save battery. Friday we program it again (FAST ANS EASY) and leave it again outside. When feeding manually during weekdays I just miau and they hear me and they come. The feeder comes with the recording and volume option. Sound is not perfect but cats hear and come. I needed a cheap programable cat feeder and this was the best solution I could have found. In fact I was expecting to pay over $100 for this item. I ended up paying a fraction. The feeder is pretty. I would use it at home, but cannot as my cats eat different food. CONS: For me none. For people looking perfection the product may have minor problems. There is no back up battery so the programming get lost if you remove power source such as batteries or USB cable for the price paid, I do not think the end user can ask for more.
