eTech Customer Satisfaction Commitment was Exceptional

There was a mixup in the original shipment where the power supply was omitted which caused me to give a low rating. I was blown away when a representative from eTech called me up to find out why I gave them a bad review. The representative said they would immediately ship me the power supply and sure enough 2 days later it arrived. eTech was exceptional in following up and was determined to fix the situation. I can only give them my highest rating!
