FALSE, DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. Description listed touch screen. This laptop does not have a touch screen. Super disappointing as this laptop was intended as a gift for someone who is wheelchair bound and cannot type. When I contacted lenovo and urged them to update the description, they said they would change it. I purchased my laptop May 29th. As of June 26th, it still has not been updated. I offered to change it for them pro bono, if they'd supply their credentials. It would take 30 seconds....

Ordered two of these. Lenovo cancelled my FIRST order with a reason of error in the shipping address. Upon calling Lenovo they advised there was no issue at all with the shipping address, and instead they cancelled my order due to no inventory. Why would they sell laptops if they don't have them in the first place? Why would they cancel my FIRST order but ship my SECOND order? Ridiculous. Will never buy from them again.
