Seller lives in the same country as I, and the item was supposed to arrive within days. I waited for more than 2 months before I contacted the seller, and instead of issuing an immediate refund, his terse reply was: "It was probably lost in the mail, open a request for a refund". Note that seller has failed to provide a tracking number or any proof that the item was ever actually mailed. In Israel we call such practice שיטת מצליח. Negative feedback for poor customer service and communication.
