To Loud, warning--there is a fix!
Very cute, surprised me that it can stand up on its two legs! Not sure it can do all it says it can, need to keep trying. It is very loud, at least for us, lasts about 25 minutes and charges for a long time. All in all seems cute and funny, minus the annoying screeching at very high volume--please make a new one that is less NOISY
UPDATE: Got an email from customer service fast. Here is how to turn the volume half way down:

To activate half volume mode:
Begin with Zoomer Chimp™ turned OFF.
While pressing the Back Button down, turn Zoomer Chimp™ ON.
To return to full volume:
Turn Zoomer Chimp™ OFF and back ON without pressing the Back Button.
