Great Set at a Great Price
I've been reading about these and I was curious to try them out, and this four piece set was perfect, and the price was unbeatable. Took a few tries to tries to work out the best way to put them on, but they are very reliable and strong. I haven't used them long enough to see if they really make a difference, but I've heard goof things.
(BTW-look up the recommended way to use these. What I read was to tighten them about 3/4 as tight as possible, and do several sets of curls (bicep)n or extensions (triceps) with a short break in between and without removing the straps until you've completed all sets. Then remove them immediately.
There may be other routines out there).

Paper First Aid Tape
This is a very practical fist aid item. The paper is very porous and breathable and does not strain the skin as much as latex or plastic tales do. I only wish the adhesive were a little stronger.

Run your Brain Like a Computer!
In fairness, I haven't read the whole book yet, but it came highly recommended. The author is a programmer, ans applies that perspective to optimizing your thinking. The book is full of practical material and it's the kind of thing you may want to absorb a bit at a time, rather than going from cover to cover. I'm looking forward to putting this into practice!
