    Great Experience! I could not recommend this seller more! Not only did they calibrate the scale ahead of time and send verification photos for peace of mind, but the care they took in shipping this product was next level! Every piece was wrapped with care and packaged in such a way that it would have been very difficult for any item to arrive broken. The item is as described and it was at a great price point as well.     We bought the objective, but ended up not needing it. The posting said new/open box, but it was not in that condition when it arrived, we returned it in the same condition. I expected some deduction, not half. The spring was a little sticky and scratches around the metal rim. They said we made a scratch across the lense. The posting had pictures from different objectives, so lacking attention to detail. They never responded to my messages either. The took half unjustly, so 2 stars is fair.
