    Item was supposed to be delivered to my house, instead they sent it to an inconvenient drop box miles from my house using a much cheaper carrier than was paid for. Messaged me images of a QR code to retrieve it. Was sold as used but working but when it turned up it had internal electrical parts held in place with bubble wrap that don't fit properly. This wasn't shown clearly in images or mentioned in the description. Could have been a fire hazard if I hadn't noticed. Poor service.

    Delivery to home address was not an option with courier only locker option available. Hard drive and ssd drive were bubble wrapped for transit purposes only for added protection.
