Christmas gift came inoperable out of the box. Spent 3 hours trying to get it to work to no avail. Seller was responsive t first nd offered an upgraded tower for my troubles with a quick turnaround once UPS received my return. That was a total lie. They've received my broken product and have been silent since. I'm out the $1,200 that I spent for my kids one Christmas gist that he wanted and these guys won't even reply to my multiple inquiries. Stay away from them. I will also never buy eBay

Everything is working and this is what they describe plug and play . But my only issue is the built in wifi was not working and I have been texting the people who sold me this pc since I’ve gotten it and they haven’t responded back to me after saying they would respond if there was any issues. So if you are having any issues with the pc I suggest looking up a video or asking a buddies of yours to help unless it’s damage. This is a fire pc tho 10/10. Also shipping takes long.

I got this a little under a month ago and it has ran as advertised, it’s in great condition works great, doesn’t overheat and the fans aren’t loud it’s a really good PC this is my first so it really worked great, great shipping and communication aswell overall great product and store.
