I have used this shadow since 2009. You can use it dry or with water. I tend to use it dry but if I am going to a special event I tend to use water because it stays on a very long time.

Laura Geller eyeshadow
I found Laura Geller's eye shadows and they are the only ones I use. You can also add a little water and you can use it as an eyeliner or just dampen the brush and it makes a more dynamic effect.
