Great product.
I've already used them for a month they come with the lids I just throw a mason jar in them and let the bees have at it worked great haven't had a problem plastic seems thick lid decent quality.

Wow, it's perfect.
I suffer from lower back pain due to work this thing was awesome I use it in the car and at home while I watch TV I use it for my lower back and my shoulders works great gets nice and hot perfect =)

Definitely soak them
Didn't know the seeds would have a thick shell you can take it off with some nail clippers and I would definitely soak them for a day other than that seed good quality
