Very pleased
Bought for elderly lady with grey hair. She is very pleased with them. Slightly small but otherwise very satisfactory.

Easy
All I had to do was put batteries in and it just worked with freesat Manhattan box- no programming needed.

Good looking, convenient
Given as a present - recipient commented:
It is a good looking teapot of a sensible size which keeps the tea warm. It is not a thermos, so does not keep tea hot for hours, but the thermal insulation takes the place of a tea cosy which makes the pot convenient to use. The thermal properties make it more like a ceramic pot, which absorbs a lot of heat when you first make the tea, and retains heat longer than a regular metal teapot.
My addition - hopefully future designs will also insulate the lid.
