Old school vintage sound !
3 of 3 found this helpful This receiver pulls such a strong signal you don't necessarily need an antenna but I hooked it up anyway .This unit will mainly be used poolside playing vinyl. It's great mid range amp hook up nice speakers like my Old School Klispch you'll be rocking ! These Kenwoods copy the Marantz pretty well especially the bigger models with the blue leds.
Nice smooth heavy tuning knobs they don't make them like this anymore.

Sound is unmatched despite their used condition
These Klispch horn style speakers are in used condition ,however their sound is unmatched . With the proper receiver driving these babies they make my room sound like an IMAX theater ! I have a 10" sub along with SB 1 's Klipsch in the rear and the clarity of sound is unmatched .The sound is much deeper and balanced than the Yamaha speakers that came with my receiver. I would recommend these speakers to anyone looking for a top notch surround sound for a superior home theater system .

Used speakers but still unmatched !
1 of 1 found this helpful These are used speakers but have no illusions Klipsch speakers have an unmatched clarity of sound despite their age. Provided you have the proper receiver driving these puppies they'll sound better than most brands including the Yamaha brand speakers that came with my Yamaha receiver... These in the front and a 10 " sub a pair of Klispch SB 1's in the rear and bang sounds like an IMAX theater in my room.
