Just squeeze a dime-sized amount into your hand, rub it between your palms, and apply it to clean, damp hair. Either let dry naturally or style as you usually would. This product will give you volume and texture without weighing your hair down at all. The only con is that you'll need to fluff your hair up several times a day - but that's true with fine hair even if you don't use product on it. The scent of the lotion is pleasant and not overpowering, and anyway it dissipates within minutes of application.
