Looks good, but does not function without issues.

The product design appears good however, in practice it is not without flaws. The first issue is the size of the runners, some runners do not seat into the small groove and fall over. That issue leads to runners falling over onto each other if the shelf is bumped. I think a better option is the file organizer made of metal, the gaps are larger and it is easier to work with.

Men and women do not have the same sized feet!!

This item is advertised as Men/women 9-13. That is not even close to being true. This item is for women only, at the widest setting it isn't even as wide as my foot. Men, don't waste your money.
