Both saucer and cup were very thoroughly wrapped in bubble wrap, which was good, because the shipping box was not in the greatest shape upon delivery. In addition, there were small white rocks in the box which were rattling and gave me a scare. BUT, all was good and the teacup and saucer are PERFECT.

good shredder but not great with multiple pages
4 of 6 found this helpful shredder does the job, but when it comes to shredding anything thicker than 4 pages it jams. for example- can't shred a bank statement still in envelope- to thick.
