Quality Product at a Reasonable Price.
Good solid speaker stands. While others use aluminum cheap plastic parts Rockville uses steel clamps and steel tubing. The pneumatic lift makes raising my 15" speakers a breeze. These are quality stands at a reasonable price.

Excellent home theater and music sound reproduction.
3 of 3 found this helpful I have had the Denon AVR 1906 for three years now. I replaced a Pioneer 5.1 surround sound 150 watts per channel and this unit, at 75 watts per, channel blows the Pioneer away. The sound is richer, with better decoding and separation, in Dolby surround mode. Distortion at high volume is minimal while frequency response at low volumes is excellent. Being an older model it is not HDMI compatible, so if you don't mind running optical, and/or, component cables you will save money and still have the benefits of a high end receiver. While I don't use it much the AM/FM receiver is excellent.
The only cons I have are: I like to use the zone 2 function to listen through wireless speakers in another location, but this unit will only allow analog signals to be used for this function. The digital signal from my TV can't be processed through zone 2. While for everyday TV, DVD, CD use it's great, changing settings can be confusing if not complicated. I don't consider myself technically challenged, but changing many settings requires use of the owner's manual. The remote is overwhelming. The automatic setup using the microphone is great for the initial installation but if your like me more tweaking is always necessary.
In summery this unit will deliver outstanding theater sound in an average to large living area and will deliver excellent music reproduction for all genres of music, once you have the settings where you want them. Keep your manual handy for changing settings down the road and you will have hours of listening enjoyment with the AVR 1906

Stylish And Functional
This case is very functional for those that want a compact case that is pocket friendly. The volume and on/off controls have a very good feel. If you don't need protection from the elements, specifically, water damage, this case can proved moderate protection without breaking the bank.
