This is a replacement for the exact same camera which died (just won't start up anymore)

Does the job.

I have owned the previous model, VR-320, and it met all me needs until the auto-focus just quit working. This camera seems to work just fine, however this particular used camera no longer connects via the USB cable. I work around that by having a separate battery charger and separate SD card reader.
