Brand new Racor
This item is brand new in the box. Appears to be military surplus. It does differ from a standard Racor in that it has 1/4 npt inlet and outlet rather than regular Racor fittings. It also has a solid metal bowl and a unique push up to drain bottom valve.

Good job. Apparently good quality
My anchor was polished like a mirror and apparently well made. I used it this weekend it bit and held as one would expect. The welds and finish were better than I expected given the price. It makes a nice blingy addition to my bow.
