NOPE! You failed to ship in the handling time stated in your listing. You failed to communicate with me in a timely manner. I was forced to buy from another vendor to complete the job and had their part before you even shipped. I asked you to refund for shipping because you wasted my time but you failed yet again. Item shipped in a timely manner from our LA hub. USPS is taking a lot to scan the items dropped in the mailbox. In addition, once the product is scanned by USPS, this movement is not immediately reflected in the system.
